Frequently Asked Questions
How does billing work?
All plans are billed monthly via Stripe, by credit or debit card only - we do not accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or bank transfers. You can cancel anytime and your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No trials - the free plan is always available to try the site.
Can I change plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, your server will automatically be moved to the free tier at the end of your billing period. You won't be charged again and your server listing remains visible (just without premium features). Important: cancel BEFORE your renewal date - Stripe processes renewals automatically at the same time of day you originally subscribed, and a renewal that completes before you cancel is a valid, non-refundable charge.
What is a Server Boost?
A Server Boost is a one-time $4.99 AUD purchase that pins your server to #1 on the entire list for 4 hours. From your dashboard, pick a 4-hour time slot that suits you - weekdays have 2 concurrent slots, weekends (Fri–Sun) have 4. Your boost activates automatically at your chosen time. Non-refundable. Available to paid plan holders only.
What is auto-bumping?
Paid listings are automatically moved back to the top of the server list on a schedule (Standard: every 24h, Premium: every 12h, Ultra: every 6h). This keeps your server visible without you having to do anything. Free listings do not receive auto-bumps.
How does the Verified badge work?
The Verified badge is available on the Ultra plan and is granted by our admin team after confirming your server is legitimate and actively running. Once you are on Ultra, contact us through the support page and we will review and verify your listing manually. Verified servers get a ranking bonus and a badge on their listing.
How do wipe alert notifications work?
On Premium and Ultra plans, players can subscribe to wipe alerts on your server listing. When you announce a wipe from your dashboard, all subscribers receive an email notification instantly. Your wipe schedule (Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, or Monthly) is shown on your listing so players know what to expect.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Paid plans and Server Boosts are digital products delivered immediately, so all sales are final and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep every paid benefit until the end of the period you have already paid for - you will simply not be charged again. To avoid another charge, cancel before your renewal date: Stripe renews automatically at the same time you originally subscribed, and a renewal that processes before you cancel is a valid charge. Try the free plan first to make sure the site works for you. Genuine billing errors (double charges, or a NEW charge after your cancellation was already confirmed) will always be corrected - contact us with the charge date.
