How to List Your Server

Getting your server on the Rust Console server list takes less than 5 minutes and is completely free.

Sign in with Discord

Click "Login with Discord" at the top of the page. We use Discord login so there's no password to remember — just your existing Discord account.

Fill in your server details

Go to Submit Your Server and fill in the basics: server name, region, platform (PS5, Xbox, or Crossplay), game mode, gather rate, and team size. Add a short description so players know what your server is about.

Set up the live player count bot

This is what makes your listing stand out. Our free Discord bot reads the player count from a voice channel in your Discord server and keeps your listing updated automatically.

  1. 1Invite the RCE Bot to your Discord server using the invite link on the submit page.
  2. 2In any channel, run the /setup command.
  3. 3Select the voice channel that shows your live player count (e.g. "🎮 Players: 12/100").
  4. 4The bot will reply with your Voice Channel ID and Discord Server ID — copy both.
  5. 5Paste them into the submit form and you're done.

Submit — you're listed!

Hit submit and your server goes live on the list immediately. Players can find it, vote for it, and set wipe alerts straight away.

Common Questions

Do I need to set up the bot to get listed?

No. The bot is optional. You can submit your server without it and add the bot later from your dashboard. Without the bot, your player count will show as 0.

What is the voice channel the bot reads from?

It's a voice channel in your Discord server that a third-party bot (like Veretech or similar) renames to show your live player count — for example "🎮 Players: 12/100". Our bot reads that channel name and syncs the number to your listing.

How often does the bot update my player count?

Free tier: once every 24 hours. Standard, Premium, and Ultra plans get real-time updates every few minutes.

Is it really free?

Yes. The basic listing is completely free. Paid plans unlock real-time player counts, auto-bump, wipe notifications, and top placement.

How long does it take to get listed?

Instantly. Once you submit the form your server appears on the list straight away.
